Since Randoe its sober start in 1954, the company grew from 3 to over 80 employees. Since the start of open borders and more free flow of goods in the Caribbean, it balanced out to 45 men and women
working and relying for social and medical benefits, together with their families, on the wellbeing of Randoe and its staff her leadership.
Randoe services the community from her address at 250 Dr. Sophie Redmondstreet, in Paramaribo, where the manufacturing plant with its offices, wholesale and retail departments are housed in over 8000m² showroom, storage and production facilities.
Randoe became a solid growing enterprise due to the increase for durable products fulfilling its clients wishes to the fullest extent. Some only want Randoe quality since massif tropical hardwood stands for durable products. A so called "Randoe - line".

Randoe-Suriname, a Dilweg Family owned Ltd. company known for its high value and guaranteed quality products manufactured out of solid wood and rattan. Clear and paint finished as well as upholstered products for your living quarters, dining- and bedroom, as well as small offices or entertaining area’s and even restaurants, bars, hotel lobbies, casino’s and more interiors profit from the products delivered by our company. The enterprise began its activities in 1954 in Paramaribo. It was started by the WOII Veteran Royal Dutch Navy Harbor master of Paramaribo “Dil" Dilweg who was familiar with kapok, seaweed or sea-grass, cotton and other filling materials.
Since then we have been covering the full range of what comprehensively can be called furniture manufacturing from timber kilning to the finished end product.
Our philosophy of good quality, high value and superior service, beforehand and after sales, is shown by the company its "ongoing commitment" towards her customers and her personnel.
